Q: Normally a person who exercises has a target, what is your target Xiumin?
A: I’m not a person with a lot of muscles, even when performing, you can’t see the shape of my muscles, I wish I can train until I have lean muscles on areas which my muscle is not tone, i wish i can train until a certain extent, also my target would be to have a nice body so I can wear clothes that will look good on my body.
Q: Starving yourself and dance can really makes one lose weight?
A: That is why it is more tiring. The worse is after promoting ended, rested for two months, i gained ten kg. The scariest is eating nothing while dieting, just by eating a little you would gain weight quickly.
Q: Any tips in eating?
A : Coach say you can eat anything you want but he also emphasis that “how much you eat then you have to exercise the same amount” the exercises i do is very tiring exercise.
Q: At the next album will we get to see Xiumin training for your abs?
A: Huhu before promoting the next album, I will try to reach my target.
Q: How often do you exercise in a week?
A: Ah, this would be a problem, if in the morning there is a schedule it would be tiring to exercise; however, in a month I would exercise at least 10-15 times, the most would be 20 times.
Q: From when is exercising a hobby?
A: Roughly started during summer this year, although last time I already like exercising, but there is not much time to exercise after the announcement of “overdose”, there is some free time, that is when I started exercising.
Q: What would you do in the lounge (waiting room)?
A: i would walk around or exercise or think of the stage that day and practice.
Q: Who is the member that you chat with the most in the lounge (waiting room)?
A: I chat with Chen the most, normally is about our everyday life.
